RUBEXPO 2027 offers two stand types — Bare Space and Shell Scheme — with flexible sizing to suit every exhibitor profile from start-ups to large multinationals.

Bare Space — What's Included

Raw exhibition floor area (carpet not included)
Single-phase power point (1 × 5 amp socket per 9 sqm)
Inclusion in show catalogue and online exhibitor list

Listing on rubexpo.in exhibitor directory

Exhibitor must engage own stand contractor for design and construction (approved contractors available).

Shell Scheme — What's Included

Octanorm-style modular stand construction (walls + carpet + fascia)
Fascia with company name (max 30 chars) + stand number
3 × spotlights per 9 sqm
1 × 5 amp power socket per 9 sqm
1 × information counter, 2 × chairs, 1 × waste-paper basket per 9 sqm
Carpet flooring
2 exhibitor badges per 9 sqm
Inclusion in show catalogue and exhibitor directory

Payment Terms

50% advance to confirm booking
Balance 50% payable 90 days before show
Full payment required 60 days before show open
